Lucia Light N°03 is an experience that supports relaxation, creative visioning, lucid dreaming, and many other reported benefits. Technically speaking, Lucia is a hypnagogic, wide spectrum light machine with both solid and flickering lights, programmed to various frequency combinations. It is designed to provoke your own unique experience of the magical space between waking and sleeping. Each session invites you into an evocative journey deep within yourself.

Pranayama, Light & Sound 60 minutes $100

Conscious Breathing & Pranayama can be a simple awareness practice that follows the path of the breath; or it might encourage you to create various breathing patterns with specific instructions. Conscious breathing brings you into present time. It calls attention to your thoughts and increases your felt senses: awareness of how you feel in your body and how you experience your energy. 

Yoga Nidra, Light & Sound 90 minutes $150

Yoga Nidra can be like a lucid dream state-. Hovering between sleep and waking, you will find complete rest as you journey into the realm of alpha-theta brainwaves, heightened creativity, and inspired intention. Truly a long, luscious nap in Savasana, you move through the levels of consciousness into hypnagogia and beyond.

Also known as yoga sleep, Yoga Nidra takes you down through the levels of physical, mental and emotional relaxation, until you reach the intuitive levels and sometimes deeper. Yoga Nidra can be like a lucid dream state--hovering between sleep and waking. You will find complete rest as you journey into the realm of heightened creativity, and inspired intention. A long, luscious nap in Savasana, you move through the levels of consciousness into hypnagogia and beyond. 

Restorative Yoga & Savasana—Compliment to Lucia Light Session

Restorative Yoga supports and assists the body in reaching a relaxed state of neuro-chemistry—thoughts recede and the mind becomes quiet. Savasana is often equated with Restorative and Nidra yogas as well as the ending pose in most active yoga classes. Translated as corpse pose, its intention is rest and restoration. It is used as a quiet time that can be a stand alone practice as well as integrated into all others.

Energy in Motion—Compilment to Lucia Light Session

A series of slow, gentle movments, Energy in Motion is thoughtful and precise, yet also a spontaneous and meditative movement modality, focusing on basic, natural musculoskeletal biomechanics. It is intended to create fluidity, increased range of motion, energetic connections between physical and subtle bodies, and expanded felt-sense awareness of the body in space. Great for healing from injury or trauma and moving energy in key places. Restorative Pilates Fundamentals are its basis.
