Let’s begin at Winter Solstice, a brief moment in time signifying the return of the light and the potential for elongating days that call our shadows into the light of consciousness.
First we rest, allowing our brainwaves to soften and lift the veil into the realm of our subconscious.
This is midwinter—the core of the season of darkness, and a time for deep self-reflection and inquiry. The restoration journey we began 2 months ago guided us into the caves of our inner terrain to recapitulate and heal.
Now, slivers of light peak through, shining light into the corners of our awareness, guiding us out again—teasing; slowly; gently integrating what we have learned in our awakened sleep.
Each season welcomes a new level of alchemy, awareness, and the potential for personal evolution. When we call-up the patterns of the past, we can heal by recognizing, re-associating and reprogramming them in present time.
The body carries the wisdom to heal—by introducing practices that reduce stress, overwhelm, unresolved emotions, and the anxiety triggered by our disowned bits.
From Solstice throughout the year, we will explore our relationship to the seasons with weekly Oracle spreads, cultivating energy from within, practicing gentle movement, conscious breath and visualizations each week. Here you can experience:
