Many people struggle to describe what the Lucia N°03 light actually is. Therefore, we wanted to share a special updated explanation of the Lucia N°03.
The Lucia N°03 is a meditative lamp that generates constant and flickering light of different frequencies and rates according to unique and patented combinations. With the eyes closed, the rapid pulses travel from the retina along the optic nerve into the brain's center. These pulses create highly individual and impressive kaleidoscopes and lightscapes of colors, patterns, shapes, and even images behind the light traveler's eyelids.
Light travelers often describe these visuals as incredibly beautiful and emotionally or spiritually moving. The session may feel intense initially, but as they relax and allow the light in, their nervous system begins to downshift, bringing them into a state of parasympathetic dominance and deep relaxation.
Depending on the session, several different brainwave states are stimulated, inviting the light traveler's brain waves to become more coherent. As the light traveler relaxes deeply into a session, coherence increases, and harmonic patterns form between the different brain waves, leading to deep peace and trust. The experience varies based on the state of being of the light traveler, making each session unique and unpredictable in certain ways, while consistently providing an inspiring way to relax, open to new possibilities, create new neural connections, and realign with a deeper coherence.
Each person's brain is unique, and the Lucia N°03 is designed to work with that uniqueness rather than assuming what is best for the brain. Light sessions are not prescriptions, and the Lucia N°03 is not a medical device. It is designed as a self-reflective tool that inspires the light traveler to rest in presence and assists with accessing a state of deep relaxation.
As part of the cosmic mirror of the Lucia N°03 light experience, the light traveler can witness and simultaneously create neural art. This colorful feedback has proven to be inspiring and uplifting, as well as potentially supporting brain health, eye health, and overall well-being through light-driven neuroplasticity.
