Essentials: Ground your body; feel more anchored anywhere and everywhere.
You will take full ownership of your body by anchoring your energy in the primary cauldrons in your chest, belly and head. This can actually become particularly sensate when you surrender to the flow of energy moving in and moving out.
Create sanctuary everywhere you go; everywhere you are. Draw golden lines of connection from the floor of any space at home or work into Earth’s center.
Getting There: Love your Body as you Love the Stars in the Sky
Sense: Stand with with equal weight on your feet—placed hip width apart on the floor, and your legs rise from this anchoring. Your pelvis floats atop your legs, your spine rises upward from your tailbone, beyond your shoulder girdle into your head. Your arms hang loosely from your shoulders, and your head floats gently on your long neck.
Feel: Inhale to feel your breath reaching like threads into all corners of the room. Exhale and feel your breath grounding you into Earth’s center.
See: See a rose standing tall in the center of your room. Connect its stem into Earth’s core and all corners of the ceiling and floor.
